Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with names, initials, business names, logos or custom text. Simply enter your engraving details on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. You can send your logo through our website's messaging or email it to support@etchroom.com. We'll review your artwork and confirm it's suitable for laser engraving before production begins. For the best engraving results, we recommend SVG, AI or PDF files. High-resolution PNG files are also accepted.
How long will my order take?
Singapore Orders
Most personalised orders are completed within 3–5 business days.
International Orders
Most personalised orders are completed within 3–5 business days, followed by international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier.
Bulk, Corporate & Pre-Orders
Larger corporate orders, bulk purchases and products marked as pre-order may require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and fulfilment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once engraving or production has started, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations as every item is made to order.
Can I return my order?
As every item is personalised and made to order, customised products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@etchroom.com.
Will the engraving fade over time?
No. Our laser engraving permanently marks the material by revealing a contrasting layer beneath the surface. Unlike printed designs, the engraving will not peel or fade with normal use.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. We work with restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, event organisers and businesses to create customised products for branding, promotions and corporate gifting. Please contact us for a personalised quotation.
What products do you offer?
Our collection includes personalised leatherette coasters, menu covers, signage, tabletop accessories and custom engraved products for hospitality, corporate gifting and special occasions. We're continually expanding our product range.
How do I care for my engraved products?
Simply wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking or exposure to excessive heat to help preserve the appearance of your engraved product.
