1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. As many of our products are personalised and made to order, please ensure all engraving details, uploaded artwork and shipping information are accurate before completing your purchase. EtchRoom reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary, including orders containing inappropriate, unlawful or copyrighted content that the customer is not authorised to use.

2. Personalisation

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, text, dates and artwork before placing an order.

EtchRoom is not responsible for spelling errors, formatting mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer. If you submit a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it.

3. Production & Delivery

Most personalised orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Bulk orders, corporate projects and products marked as pre-order may require approximately 3–4 weeks. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

As every personalised product is custom made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@etchroom.com with your order number and photographs of the item. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. EtchRoom reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos and text, is the property of EtchRoom unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

EtchRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.
